Scope: The project involved the complete interior demolition of
a portion of Building 68 at Pier No. 2 and the complete rebuilding
of all new mechanical, electrical, sprinkler, plumbing, and architectural
finishes. In addition, a 60’ high tower addition was built to
service the needs of the client. The building was being utilized
by the NUWC personnel for torpedo testing. The Department of Navy
was so pleased with our performance, a change order was provided
to outfit another portion of the building.
